About Us
LIFELINE TEAM LTD, Ruma was founded on July 4th 2024 and from the 2nd of September 2024 proudly holds a license to perform safety and health at work. Our team consists of experts with more than ten years of experience in the field of occupational safety, protection of persons, property and business, fire protection, as well as in the field of labor law and labor relations.
Our mission is to provide safe and healthy working conditions for employees and a stable environment for employers, through professional guidance, a personalized approach and constant monitoring of regulations and standards.

Occupational safety and health

Occupational safety and health
We carry out all activities provided for by the Occupational Safety and Health Act, including:
- risk assessment and preparation of accompanying documentation,
- training of employees, managers and employee representatives,
- control and proposal of measures to improve working conditions,
- organizing testing of working environment conditions and testing of work equipment,
- monitoring and analysis of work injuries and occupational diseases,
- preparation of instructions and suspension of work in case of imminent danger,
- cooperation with occupational medicine and employee representatives,
- keeping records and harmonizing documentation with applicable regulations.
Trainings

Training in the field of safety and health at work
We organize additional training in the field of safety and health at work, adapted to the needs of the employer and the specifics of the workplace.
Coordination in the design phase

Coordination in the design phase
We provide OSH coordinator services in the project development phase, in accordance with the Regulation on Occupational Safety and Health at Temporary or Mobile Construction Sites.
Coordination in the phase of execution of works

Coordination in the phase of execution of work
We provide OSH coordinator services during the construction phase, with constant presence and control of safety measures at the construction site.
