We inform the public sector, our clients and business partners that in the “Official Gazette of RS”, no. 38/2025 of April 25, 2025 published amendments to several regulations in the field of occupational safety and health.
The amendments extended the deadline for implementing the regulations to January 1, 2026, allowing all employers and contractors additional time to comply with the new obligations.
Regulations affected by the changes:
- Rulebook on the procedure for inspecting and checking work equipment, inspecting and testing electrical and lightning protection installations, and testing working environment conditions
- Rulebook on preventive measures for safe and healthy work at height
- Rulebook on the manner and procedure of risk assessment at the workplace and in the working environment
- Rulebook on the method of keeping and time limits for keeping records in the field of occupational safety and health
All the mentioned regulations start to be applied from January 1, 2026.
